Creation provide high-quality assembly service. We have an area of over 6,500 square meters of dust free & anti-static SMT workshop, with more than 240 employees, 6 standard SMT production lines,3 DIP plug-in line production lines. We could meet prodution for prototype, samll bathes and mass production orders.

We could make the products with 0201-BGA package and QFP, PLCC, BGA with IC pitch within 0.2MM tolerance.

Our quality control system is strict based on ISO9001 standards. At the same time, we constantly absorb the advanced SMT technology to meet the continuous upgrading of electronic products. With scientific management and strict quality control system, our production quality is perfect.

For SMT service, Normally our lead time is around 3-5 days.

We are equipped with automatic printing,  AOI system, FUJI CP643ME Mounter, SAMSUNG SM421, SM481 Mounter, 16-zone JT NS-800 Reflow soldering, JT KK-350 lead-free peak welding, Automatic shaped components forming machine, Automatic test system for power supply (Chroma8200), switching power supply constant temperature aging system.
